Dear Fifth Grader: Welcome to 5th grade! We are looking forward to working with you! In order to make the year a success, it is important that you have the proper materials and supplies. Due to limited space in the classroom, supplies will need to be replenished as needed. All 5th graders will need the supplies listed below:

PENCIL CASE ITEMS: Minimum of 50 sharpened pencils, 24 pack of crayons, 4-6 black dry erase markers (chisel tip), eraser for dry erase board, 2 highlighters, 4 large glue sticks, 1 pair of scissors, 3 pk 3” x 3” sticky notes.

LABEL ITEMS WITH NAME AND SUBJECT IF APPLICABLE: 1 dry erase board (roughly 8.5” x 11”), 1 set of plug-in earbuds or headphones in a plastic bag, 2 single subject red spiral notebooks (Math), 5 plastic or laminated folders (no paper folders please) Yellow (ELA), Blue (Social Studies), Green (Science), Red (Math), Black (Take Home), 2 black and white marble composition notebooks (Reading and Writing).

ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED: 3 boxes of facial tissues, 1 container of disinfecting wipes.

Dear Sixth Grader,

We are so excited to work with you for the 2024-2025 school year! In order to make the year a success, it is important to have the proper materials and supplies. The PTA has generously donated agendas for each student. Please make sure that you bring your Chromebook to school fully charged each day. Below you will find a list of supplies common for all sixth grade classes. Please note that individual teachers may communicate additional subject-specific items prior to or at the start of the school year when student placements have been finalized.

Lisha Kill Sixth Grade Teachers

All sixth graders will need:
1 heavy duty plastic folder - labeled as your “Take Home Folder”
1 black heavy duty plastic folder
1.5 inch green binder
1 inch white binder
8 plastic dividers
1 pack of looseleaf paper
2 composition notebooks
2 packs of 100 index cards
2 boxes of tissues

Please clearly label all supplies with the student’s first and last name.

Please put all of the following items in a large soft pencil case with zipper (cloth preferred):
1 pair of scissors
1 small pencil sharpener that collects shavings
2 packages of pencils (wood or mechanical)
2 packs of 3x3 sticky notes
1 four pack of dry erase markers
2 highlighters
3 pens
1 box of crayons or colored pencils
earbuds/headphones (may need to be replaced throughout the year)

Supplies needed for Art Class:
1 ultra fine black sharpie marker
1 fine black sharpie marker

Suggested Items (not required, but would be useful):
1 computer mouse to use with Chromebook (wireless or retractable preferred)
water bottle

Dear Seventh Grader: We are very excited to welcome you to 7th grade! One of the best ways to start the year off right is to make sure that you are prepared for all of your classes. Below are the supplies needed for the school year. Certain supplies may need to be replenished as the year goes on!
